The courses are free and enrollment is open to anyone. The goal is to give people a fun way to learn about other languages and encourage them to study more. We are offering an edible snack reflecting the language's country of origin. This Spring Series features Japanese, German, Korean, Chinese (Mandarin), Wolof, Modern Greek, Finnish, Polish, Kannada, Russian, French and Spanish. All the teachers are native speakers who are volunteers from our community. Students receive a "Lingua Snack Passport" and for each class they attend, they get a sticker for their passport in the language being taught.
